French Toast:

  1. Break all the eggs into the large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the milk and count to 12 (the number of seconds should match the number of eggs. This is the method our Mom learned from her Mom, our Grandma Barbie).
  3. Add the cinnamon and whisk well to break all of the yolks.
  4. One at a time, fully dip a piece of bread into the mix, and fry in a frying pan or a griddle.
  5. Fry each side until the egg mixture is fully cooked.
  6. Make as many pieces as you like, until the mixture is gone, or until you run out of bread.
  7. You could say... one dozen eggs will probably make about 12 pieces of French toast. If you have leftover mixture, you can make sweet scrambled eggs.
  8. Top your French toast with maple syrup, powdered sugar, add additional toppings like butter, sprinkles, strawberries, and whip cream, or as desired and... Enjoy! ;)
